About Us

Who Are We

Women play a critical role in maintaining the health and overall well-being of her communities. However, because of the many roles women play, they too often are focused on the health care of their spouse or children, while neglecting their own needs. Since time immemorial women have played a role of nurturing society, oblivious of her own individuality, dignity, empowerment and health.

Shobha’s Women Welfare Club (SWWC) under the purview of The AHAAN Foundation spearheaded by Ms. Shobha Sharma and Ms. Ashu John has been in operation since 2017. The foremost objective of this club is to empower women, to safeguard the self-esteem and rights of the women by making them feel that they are equal to men and are capable of achieving everything.

This club since its inception has been working meticulously on women health, fitness, nutrition, women empowerment and education. We believe a number of health problems that affect women can actually be prevented with proper women’s care as a priority so it is imperative that women take the time to maintain good health for themselves as well.

Hence, depending on the global region and social, political, and economic climate AHAAN Foundation seeks to authorize women with a range of activities and strategies, guidelines and insights from the latest health and wellness leading experts in the field in a fun and engaging manner to help women and girls lead happier and healthier lives.
